BC Capital creates NL Security Group

On June 6, 2025, NL Security, Specialists in Security, and Specialists in Services, leading Dutch security companies specializing in the protection of objects, property, and critical environments, were transferred by founder and owner Henri van Schenk Brill to the Dutch investment company BC Capital. Together, the companies form the NL Security Group.

Henri van Schenk Brill will remain involved with the NL Security Group as an advisor and co-shareholder for the coming years. Day-to-day management will be taken over by Jos Gelling, who has a long track record in the service sector.
