FINN transferred to BC Capital

As of October 1, 2025, FINN, a manufacturer of precision mechanical products made of metal and plastic, has been transferred to the Dutch investment company BC Capital. Founder and owner Peter van der Klok, who has built up the company since 1996, is transferring ownership to entrepreneurs Henk Smid and Bert Gelling.

Peter van der Klok will remain involved with FINN as an advisor for the coming years. Day-to-day management will be taken over by Rob Mulder, who previously worked as a manager at FINN. Rob is also the owner of Meprof in Hoogeveen. Meprof will continue to operate alongside FINN's activities, with both companies strengthening each other and together forming a solid basis for FINN's further growth.

With this step, I am ensuring the continuity of FINN and giving the company the best opportunities for further growth. I am confident that Rob, together with Henk and Bert, are the right people to continue this success.
